Terms of Use
Last updated: October 26, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your use of wall4th.com (the “Site”), operated by the Wall 4th of July Parade Association (“the Association”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms.
About the information on this Site
We work hard to keep parade dates, times, routes, fees and sponsorship details accurate, but plans can change because of weather, safety or other circumstances. Details on the official forms and announcements made on parade day control. Check our Facebook page for the latest updates.
Parade participation
Participation in the parade is governed by the Participant Entry Form, including its rules, release and waiver, which every participant must sign. Nothing on the Site replaces those documents. The Association may decline or remove any entry for safety or conduct reasons.
Sponsorships
Sponsorship benefits are described on the Sponsors page and the Sponsorship Levels sheet. By submitting a logo, you confirm you have the right to use it and grant the Association permission to display it on the Site and in parade materials for the parade year.
Content and photos
The Site’s text, design, logo and photos belong to the Association or are used with permission. You may share links and pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please contact us before reusing photos or the parade logo.
Links to other sites
The Site links to third-party websites such as Facebook, Google Maps and Mean Mule Apparel. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products or policies. T-shirt orders placed with a third-party vendor are subject to that vendor’s terms.
No warranties
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Association and its volunteers are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.
