Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 26, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how the Wall 4th of July Parade Association (“the Association,” “we,” “us”) handles information in connection with wall4th.com (the “Site”).
Information we collect
Information you send us. The Site does not have online forms or accounts. If you contact us by phone, email, fax, mail or Facebook, or turn in a participant or sponsorship form, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, organization, address, phone number, email address, entry description, T-shirt sizes, logo, and payment details for entry fees or sponsorships.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, pages requested and the date and time of the request. We use this only to operate, secure and troubleshoot the Site. The Site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
How we use information
- To register and line up parade entries and contact participants about parade day.
- To process sponsorships, list sponsor names and logos as described for each sponsorship level, and deliver sponsor benefits.
- To answer questions and send parade-related information you have asked for.
- To keep records required for a non-profit organization.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent personal information. Sponsor names and logos are published on the Site and in parade materials as part of the sponsorship benefits you select. We may share information with volunteers who help run the parade, with service providers who host the Site, or when required by law.
Photos at the parade
The parade is a public event. Volunteers, media and spectators may take photos and video, and the Association may share parade photos on the Site and on social media. If you would like a photo of you or your child removed from our pages, contact us and we will take it down.
Third-party sites
The Site links to other websites, including Facebook, Google Maps and Mean Mule Apparel (for parade T-shirt orders). Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
Children
The Site is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. Parade entry forms for minors should be completed by a parent or guardian.
Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we receive and keep paper and electronic forms only as long as needed for parade operations and record keeping.
Your choices
You may ask us to review, correct or delete information you have given us by contacting us using the details below.
